Catherine O'Leary is an Australian textile artist and feltmaker. Currently living in Melbourne, Catherine has extensive experience in this sector. In fact, she has been expressing her talent working with felt since 1990, refining her manual manipulation of felt to create impeccable three-dimensional works.

Dresses, jackets, skirts, bojagi, sculptures and wearable art. Wool fibers, silk fabrics, recycled or hand-dyed fabrics. Delicate embroidery, geometic and floral patterns. Contrasting colors and decisive shapes. These are the leitmotiv that characterize Catherine's work and that struck us in particular for their harmony.
She boasts personal and collective shows, prizes and even a book to her name.
Catherine created four pieces for us using Merino wool and silk fabric: a scarf, a tunic, a hat and a small sculpture. This mini-colleciton is a must-see.

Catherine's works are also part of the DHG Meyer Children's Hospital initiative. They will be on sale for charity with the proceeds being donated to the Oncology Ward of the Meyer Pediatric Hospital of Florence. You can find the artist's works on sale on dhgshop.
