Boxy sweaters are those wide, relaxed sweaters that, as the name suggests, resemble a box: square-shaped with clean lines. Today, we’ll learn how to make a very special boxy sweater using our Fluffy Lamé, a mohair and silk yarn that is incredibly soft and super chic thanks to a delicate lamé thread running through it. This yarn is not only perfect for knitting and crochet—whether held single or double, depending on the texture you want to achieve—but can also be used for hand weaving.
The boxy sweater we’re making here is oversized and, thanks to Fluffy Lamé, beautifully fluid—it doesn’t sit stiffly but instead creates elegant waves that move with the body.
Here we’ve chosen the Powder colorway, but you’ll find many other stunning shades in our online shop.
Now it’s time to get started!
