How to knit the pendant stitch

We have another knitting stitch to learn together. We are fond of it because it reminds us of the splendour of the rococo style. Flowers, fruit and swirls on the ceramics and stuccos of the great aristocratic residences. This stitch is in fact characterized by opulent clusters of pendants that descend softly on the work piece. They are perfect, for example, for decorating the front of a sweater or a section of a shawl.

The yarn we have chosen for this stitch is Piuma in pure extra fine merino wool in the colour Marigold. However, you can choose from the many other variations available.
